the disulphide is the oxidised form with the S-S bond. The TFA salt should be the reduced form to prevent oxidation in air.

It should be fairly easy to synthesise in the lab. glutamic acid + cystein + glycine + diamine if cost is an issue. Check for those companies that synthesise peptides

Both are same one is salt and other is free base for of chemical.
