VERY generally speaking, Chlorobenzene (CB) and Dichlorobenzene (o-DCB) are used for the fabrication of Polymer based Organic Devices. For the Small Molecules, Chloroform (CF) is often the best choice. That said, the choice of appropriate solvent depends upon your material properties. For example, I have found the Polymer J-71, J-52 and rest of the members of the 'J' Series to work best in CF. Likewise, use of Xylene has proved to be a better solvent when I worked with few polymers. Since you have already tried the most common ones, give Xylene a go.
Thank you for explanation sir. Active layer material is P3HT:ICBA in this case. Usually Halogen free green solvents like toluene, xylene give lower efficiency compared to conventional halogen based ones.i.e. CB, or DCB.
