Repeated error in COMSOL

I was trying to simulate in COMSOL 5.6 the convection of liquid of phase change material, when it changes from solid to liquid. I got the following error during the simulation.

"Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity."

This happens only when I reduce the relative tolerance.

Can anyone help me with this?
