My name is Ruben, and I am a student of International Accounting and Finance. Currently, I am on the last step, doing the dissertation that I want to name it as " Relationship between the educational background of the CEO and the firm financial performance: from the UK evidence".
I am mainly focusing on two objectives:
- Level of education ( bachelor's, MSc, PhD)
- Type of education ( business and economics or different)
- Firm Performance (Return on Assets)
The issue is that I want to make it more extensive, but I am not sure if is right to include a third objective:
- business and economics CEO performs better in the financial industry rather than other industries like oil & gas, as every industry is different in ROA aspects.

I am quite sure that Aurelia Domaradzka can reply to this question better than me. She did a research about the impact of knowledge gained by managers on the companies' performance.
