Dear Monalisha Sundar

You should find the distribution of your dataset. If you have a normal distributed data values, then all of mean, median and mode values are same.

In skewed distribution, the mean value tends to the skewed tail of your values.

Median usually appeared between mean and mode values.

Agree with Manoochehr Karami. In research when researcher collects data he/she first tries to see whether the data collected has a normal distribution pattern or not. For this reason values of mean median mode are studied. if all are same then your data is not having any normality issue. otherwise any difference in mean, median and mode value shows skiwness of the data (that is data is not normally distributed across the mean).
