There is a theory says, that the heat transfer coefficient is affected by pressure drop.
Is this pressure drop the same hydraulic pressure drop or in other words( pressure loss), or mechanical head loss? if not, how can someone describe this pressure drop in the sense of heat transfer?

The relation between friction and heat transfer is not correct for laminar internal flow. However, for turbulent internal flow and both laminar and turbulent external flows you can use the relation between friction coefficient and heat transfer.

These two parameters are not completely related to each other, but in most cases a similar behavior can be seen for both heat transfer and pressure drop. For example, we know that using nanofluid or ribbed wall can cause an increase in heat transfer and pressure drop. However, you can see different behavior between pressure drop and heat transfer when you apply a blowing boundary condition to your problem.
