I suppose you want to calculate a diagram for previsions based on the power of the wind of a determibate zone. If it is this your problem, to taste the zone in base of the power of the wind and to calculate the amount of energy there are 2 kinds of ALGORTHMS:

1)NEURAL ALGORTM

2) PHYSICAL ALGORITHM

that are based on :

- Meteo wrf Forecast

- Historic wind data

- Ground description

You can find it on site of GSE (www.gse.it) /Delibera ARG

But it's in Italian Language.

In we we can open a discussion after I have studied well the question.

May be I can create a new Algorithm for this.....
