I am using a topology created in mininet wifi of drones and ryu controller to discover topology of my moving nodes in my work .The openflow switch I have installed is 2.13 which has support for openflow 1.3
When I try to run my topology file after staring ryu controller I get an error as-

but this erro is only possible if open virtual swithc does not support version 1.3 , but as mentioned ovs 2.13 has support for openflow 1.3
I have also set openflow protocol version 1.3 manually in the terminal as I read somewhere that switches by default , supports , openflow version in 1 .so the command i used to set openflow version 1.3 is
sudo ovs-vsctl set bridge dr5 protocols=OpenFlow13
