I'm Currently working on UHF RFID Tag designing using Ansys HFSS and calculating its read range using Ansys SBR+ solver, The problem that I was facing is ,I designed the UHF TAG antenna based on RFID Chip impedance, (eg : NXP UCODE 8,9 , G2IL), i matched the antenna impedance Za = *Zc(chip Impedance), after testing in Ansys SBR+ solver i attained a good read range, but when i go for the fabrication , the antenna are tested using Vyonitic Tagformance equipment and anechoic chamber, the tag doesn't show the good read range not even close to the simulation results, what might be the issue am not able to figure it out, can i get any guidance or insights from the other researcher people who worked on UHF Tag antenna ?

I'm using aluminum as inlay ( 10 um ) and PET (50 um )
