I am trying to calculate pore size distribution of concrete using electrical resistivity measurements however I am unable to calculate the volume of the pore structure. Can anyone advise on how I could go about this? I'm trying to formulate a test procedure that negates the need for drying of the sample therefore mass calculations cannot be used.

This will not be straightforward without mass-based measurements. What other information do you have available? Do you have the original concrete mixture proportions and any measurement of fresh properties such as unit weight and air content? The electrical conductivity/resistivity depends on the conductivity of the pore solution, the pore volume, and the pore tortuosity. If the concrete is not too "dense" (low w/c ratio and long curing), you may be able to "squeeze out" the pore solution directly and measure its conductivity to account for that variable.
