Can anyone offer any information (or point me in the right direction) here?
I'm looking for reflectivity data for silver in the LWIR region; more specifically at wavelengths longer that 10µm.
I have some reference mirrors that consist of an Ag film on BK7 glass substrate, which show reflectance of ~98.5% in the 7-10µm region, but dropping off by a few percent above 10µm.
I'd like to know if this is normal for silver or not.
The only data I've been able to find so far, including in the thin film software I'm using, don't seem to extend past this wavelength.
