Curious if anyone in the community has experimented with reducing the amount of Promega's HiBiT reagent to cell medium in their 384 or 96-well assays. I'm onboarding a large screen and would like to cut reagent costs if possible.

We've found Promega suggests 1:1 for many of their detection reagents, however e.g. CellTiter Glo works equally well at a 1:5 ratio (10uL into 50uL cell medium).
