Removal of phenol onto semi-IPN
This is hybrid isotherm incorporates three parameters into an empirical equation by combining both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms, the adsorption mechanism does follow monolayer isotherm? or the model can be applied on adsorption equilibria.

It is good to check the book of Duong D., Do Do "Adsorption Analysis: Equilibria and Kinetics " for detail description of isotherm models.

Redlich–Peterson isotherm can perfectly be applied to phenol adsorption, as well as many others isotherms as well, see Table 4 in the attached file.
