I co-culture jurkat cell with MDAMB-231 in which jurkat cells are pre activated with PMA. But in image it is more seems like bacteria contamination in jurkat cell line. how can I identify the immune cell as both the contamination and jurkat cells are suspension in culture.

it is quite I while ago that I did my last cell culture experiment and I have never analysed them by Scanning electron microscopy. However, Jurkat cells as well as MDAMB-231 should have a size around 11-12 µm (average). So When I look at your size scale the smaller cells are around 1 µm - a typically size for bacteria. From this I would conclude that you have indeed a bacterial contamination.
To get rid of this might be difficult. The best way would be to discard the cultured cells and use a new batch of cells. However, you have to desinfect all material and all instruments you are using. You also have to check your media - you might to use also fresh cell culture media.
You have also to desinfect the incubator as this (and the water in the incubator) can be a source of contamination.
You could try to cultivate the bacteria and test out if you find an antibiotic they are sensitive to but this is a lot of work and you might not get any result in the end.
Check your cell culture regularly under a light microscope for potential bacterial and fungal contamination.
