I am overseeing a Community Health Needs Assessment for my hospital, and I am gathering as much public health/social determinants of health data as I can find about the city of Boston before we do primary data collection. If you have any or know of any that you're willing to share and allow us to cite, please let me know!

I'm particularly interested in data related to Chinatown, South Boston, Dorchester, and the South End, and data that have been collected in 2014 or later.
