Greetings all, I am a final year LLB student and part of my academis work require me to do legal reasearch and we have been tasked with coming up with three research topics. I would be most great full for suggestions, I an specifically interested on writing on the crminal side of law and also customary side which involves traditional leadership.

I asked my legal community same question you are now asking when I wanted to write my desertation. Unfortunately all the answers I got was that I should search my mind yo find out the area of law I most have interest in and an aspect of law I think I would want yo explore or critique. That was how I landed my topics which I submitted to the university and it was twiked by my supervisor. Find a topic under criminal law or customary law that you enjoy then you attempt to craft or create if you like questions from those topics....use guiding words like: "A critique of....." or critical evaluation of .....concept prospects and reality ". Or "Applicability of ....concept or principle; a comparative analysis of....jurisdiction and....jurisdiction. Good luck
