I will suggest that you might want to consider using more updated conceptual measures for physics that you can find in the literature. For physics, there are several well validated conceptual inventories that measure conceptual understanding for different topical areas - Force Concept Inventory (force and motion), BEMA (electricity and magnetism), DIRECT (DC circuits).
You could also explore the open access journal Physical Review Special Topics - Physics Education Research (PRST-PER), which is a great accessible source for physics education studies and tools.

there is two well known science learning motivation questionnaires, you can modify it to be used in physics. One is motivation toward science for college students. you can find it within the handbook of college science teaching, the second is a research article published in the international journal in science education. Zehra, your topic of research is very interesting.And how involving methodology can enhance the interest of the students is understandable, but where comes the achievement /Achievement Test.
Achievement test in Physics for students of 7/8 class students in Pakistan,better you make yourself after getting the smester ending or year ending assessment paper of student from the institutes or school teachers.
I think if you review your approach ,you might get a shorter way out to establish your hypothesis.
