Why do so many RG members beg to be informed of the existence of a journal that basically will write the article for you, within two weeks - at most -, "and here is the title!"?
If you want to be addressed to as a scholar, you shall *never* beg - you shall work hard! You shall take the master courses that you skipped; you shall take courses in academic writing; you shall talk with seniors, in order to be enlightened with regards to how a paper can be improved, and you shall not borrow any text from published work.
If you can't comply with these very natural rules, then you should leave academia.
Faster publising is relative to those journals that takes more than 1 year before the paper is published. By itself a paper that can be published without going through the due process of refereeing may not be a good idea. A balance need to be struct between hard work and "connections" to get it published.

I never tend to like this kind of posting. This indicates the researcher's laziness and his scientific void. If you want to publish a good paper, you must work hard to do so.

Michael - a bit harsh - but I can see where you are coming from. I never respond to those types of posts. That said, the 'publish or perish' pressure on so many academics, especially those working in certain parts of the world where the posts often comes from, means individuals 'reaching out' in any way that they can and hoping for some sort of outcome.
I agree with Dean Whitehead A bit harsh. But perhaps a compromise where researchers can use a template to aid them in writing and publishers and reviewers work a bit harder and quicker?
Such questions and desire for "fast publication" shows that for many researchers, their work is highly utilitarian, done to achieve the personal benefit of promotion, as opposed to done to enrich the scholarly literature. The studies are often "quick and dirty" with no intention of long-term application of the findings (such as curriculum integration of research findings about teaching and learning methods).
I understand this desire for personal gain, but "fast publication" journals are often predatory or not prestigious. Authors should always assume that there will be 1-3 revisions of their papers and that they will NOT be in the next journal issue after approval.
Aren't there plenty of descriptions out there on the internet - and in books, even - on how to write a scholarly text? There are in fact so many, and some so detailed - that a junior scholar can read a couple of books geared towards her own discipline about this issue. And one might hope that the PhD advisor also has a few suggestions on which writing guides that she should start with.
