Thank you very much for the helpful suggestions. They are interesting survey instruments. However, the examples and my previous researches show that the central core of co-construction, the interrelation of knowledge and experience to solve problems, can almost not be found in the instruments.

In my research I have found theoretical work on interaction between pupils:

Chounta, I.-A. & Acvouris, N. (2016). Towards the real-time evaluation of collaborative activities: Integration of an automatic rater of collaboration quality in the classroom from the teacher’s perspective. Education and Information Technologies, 21(4), 815–835.

Similarly, interesting are approaches to teacher-student-interaction in classrooms: e.g. exploratory talk by Nils Mercer and colleagues.

These seem to be interesting theoretical approaches. Unfortunately, I did not find any questionnaire instruments.

If someone else has suggestions, I would be grateful.

The instrument can be composed of around 30 to 42 item questionnaire which uses a 5-point Likert scale measuring students' experience of science or math instruction.  Students are asked a variety of questions measuring  shared control, uncertainties, student negotiation, commitment, and educator's' support, personal relevance, critical voice or opinion .Questions used can be measured on these aspects. There are questionnaire guidelines available at websites. This maybe an in depth study requiring various students in secondary and tertiary level.
