We have many benchmark structures and datasets for SHM (Structural Health Monitoring) worldwide. Some of these include buildings, but unfortunately, these buildings are not subjected to earthquake loads, making it very difficult to find such datasets. Since the datasets you are looking for are not public, you should read papers and send emails to authors to assist you in obtaining buildings subjected to seismic loads for SHM studies.
