I have been doing cell culture and found this guy hanging out in my flask (and several smaller ones). Any idea what type of bacteria this is? It has an undulating motion and does not move from it's place.
It seems cellular debri sometimes appears in cell culture.
If it is dividing and making changes in media like colour change indicative of pH change ?
How can one say that its live ?
You may aspirate some media including this hair like structure and grow it on LB agar, if it grows then under microscope, can add gram stain as well.
It needs to know at least the scale of the photo for an answer. But it would be better to see a video, if it is possible.
You didn't answer what is the scale of the photo or video? Or at least what is the total magnification?
I can nothing say about the first object, but the second (in the top left corner) is like a spirochete.
