i do a research about biosensors that it detecte the tumor in humain body so i made a antenna in 38ghz frequency with 30 dB return loss but when i put the tumor and the skin layers in the simulation to observe the variation i get sloppy change in the value of the S11 but i need it to varie with a huge change in the value of S11 so any idea to help me to get big change in the value of S11 ? and i need to reduce the SAR value of tha antenna any help to minimize this SAR ??
