I am currently using the CI-340 handheld photosynthesis system for my research. Unfortunately, the device is experiencing some issues as it is consistently displaying zeros (0), particularly for the stomatal conductance (C) measurements. I kindly request assistance in providing alternative equations or methods to determine stomatal conductance (C) manually. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
