Question about Citations No.?

Dear All,

Today I have found one interesting thing that In ResearchGate it is showing citations No. 32 for my three publications but in Google Scholar it is showing 42. What is the reason behind that?

This is quite normal.. and its always..either both of them would be same .. or Google scholar would be higher. Research gate only do the stats on those papers which are already in research gate. And it is not an exhaustive list ... whereas google scholar is almost exhaustive.
