Hi, we have the Quantstudio 6 PCR cycler and want to use the Piro pipetting robot for the sample pipetting to the PCR plates. The output file (txt or csv) from the Piro robot should be used as the import file for the Quantstudio for defining sample positions and other analysis parameters. This is possible while using other cyclers (BioRad, Roche...). Does someone successfully wrote a plugin for the compatibility of the 2 machines or is there any other solution that works in clinical diagnostics for this problem?
