Quantitative phytochemical, proximate and mineral composition of very small microalgae samples of about 0.3g/300mg (D/W) ?

I harvested microalgae and my sample weight is about 0.5-0.3g of different concentration. The sample is very minute/small and I need to know if there are certain methods/equipment in Nigeria that can do phytochemical, proximate and mineral composition analysis of about 0.3g/300mg (D/W).
