As Kiprotich says, you can manipulate the spreadsheets to suit your particular requirements / standards. Here is a link to the WHO guidlines:

Many countries apply these guidelines, and then make some parameters more stringent ones to meet their own requirements. They also add other parameters where necessary. The link above also includes a comparison table by country
