We are working on a project that is on psychosocial impacts on women with mastitis and we are assessing the quality of life and it's implications on their reproductive health. Can anyone provide me the QoL questionnaire in relation to this topic?

Are you referring to the postpartum period? If your answer is yes, you may use the Article Maternal Postpartum Quality of Life Questionnaire
