Currently I´m using BeRST 1. It is a chemical dye developed in the MIller´s Lab at UCBerkeley. It works very well, since it detects change in the membrane voltage in the pico-seconds range. I´m having very good results. Here I´m attaching the link to the paper describes this voltage sensitive
