Does anyone know how to remove pyridine out of the solution?
My sample is not dissolve in solvent, so I was added some pyridine (one or two drops) in my solution but I don't want pyridine solvate in my structure.
Before crystallization the solution I must be remove pyridine off.

Is this method call acidify?
I'm try to crystallize hemin chloride which dissolve in NaOH, KOH, or strong base but in these solution it's not crystallize, I get amorphous. So I started with chloroform+pyridine+glacial acetic acid (don't know what I will get).
What criteria to crystallize natural product and also I'm interested in diastereomeric crystallization (I never heard that before).
