She completed MBA and BBA from Finance and Banking department at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. In this present position, I am confusing about my higher studies. What should I do among pursuing Master's, or MBA or Ph.D. in the future?

It's also a good idea to speak with professors, advisors, and professionals in your field to get their insights on the best path for you.
It may be better to look at what industry/job market wants. Whicj job has more demand. When there is a demand for academic professional/accounting consultant, PhD may be better. If you are managing many staff members and finance, MBA may be better. Well, this is my opinion. I also agree with Md Rakibul in discussing with career advisors, professors etc.
