Could you please advise me on -
1. What are the best UGC recognized journals that are available for publication of research papers/articles under Business Administration and Business Management?
2. Are there any best open access journals available?
3. Do we necessarily have to use statistics while writing papers? If not, how to write papers without the help of stats.
Pls pardon my ignorance in the above areas, and I would be grateful if you enlighten me in this, please.
Those journal s ranked high impact factor that are indexed like web of science obviously has a good quality writings rather than common . Secondly if you desire to publish your work in open access journal there are so many open access journals are listed in Directory of open access journals (DOAJ)

The "business " and "management" categories are separate on WoS. There are many quality journals indexed in these areas of study in this database. The same is for Scopus. The DOAJ is a directory of OA journals in your area, as mentioned before. It is recommended to choose a journal with an impact factor.
