What would happen if a researcher, ignoring the current publication and dissemination dynamics, decided to only publish his reflections, works and results in national journals (well categorized by the government agency in charge) and in his native language?

Would this determine the success of your work? Would it be possible to contribute in a striking way to the resolution of the problems of their context, on which ideas and research problems arose? Could one consider that their studies, ideas and data lack rigor and value? Would your articles be read to a lesser extent than when you write them in English, publish them in a foreign journal and at an additional cost to allow access to your reading?
