In perovskite solar cell most common HTM are Spiro-OMeTAD and PTAA. In case of Spiro-OMeTAD HTM, the aging treatment is needed after deposition the Spiro layers around 10 hours before depositing metal electrode. The similar aging treatment needed for PTAA?

The aging of the Spiro is necessary due to the fact that Spiro needs to be oxidised for it to become sufficiently conductive for use as a HTM. PTAA needs no such oxidation so ageing is not needed.

The aging of the Spiro is because Spiro needs to be oxidised and Li salts doped inside to be an efficient HTM. PTAA needs no such oxidation so ageing is not needed. But may I ask you will you observe serious hystersis phenomenon when using PTAA? I am confused with this problem now

Yes we observed high hysteresis index for mp-TiO2 perovskite solar cell using PTAA. Now we are trying to solve this problem via doping , passivation etc in electron transport layer.
