I have some experience pseudomonas flurescens isolates for commercial control of erwinia amylovora - biofungicide - not persticide. Registered in Europe and USA.
Dont think it answers your question but I was unsure of what you meant by pesticide
P. aeruginosa and P. fluorescens both come under the group 'fluorescent pseudomonads'. P. aeruginosa is a well known human pathogen hence its utility as biopesticide (biofungicide) is restricted. However, P. fluorescens is also an opportunistic pathogen. Chances of horizontal gene transfer can also not be ruled out. That is why I asked about the biosafety issues regarding P. fluorescens.
