Protocol optimisation for mass multiplication of arabica coffee. I want technical support on this issue; lot has been tried in lab, not final out put

Arabica coffee multiplication very necessary and not yet successful. The important point is that the protocol for coffee is very difficult because of development of phenolics. I want help for our laboratory experts/researchers.
