I have read a lot of papers citing older publication's (1980's) protocols for the EGRAC assay, though I'm unable to access any of these. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of where to get further info on how this assay actually works - I understand there are methods where you can use an autoanalyser which would work for our lab, but currently a little confused about how to determine volumes of reagents etc. needed as it doesn't appear there's a standard assay/kit to order?
