I'm working on a project to 3D print silicon. I have designed a nozzle where the two-part silicon polymers will be mixed and will then be extruded. In order to test the design, I need to perform few CFD (volume of fraction) simulations. For this I need to know the viscosity and density of each of the two parts. I have tried searching for these properties for Eco flex 00-50 and PDMS and have had no success. The multiphase CFD simulations tutorial found on YouTube require surface tensions too. I would appreciate any kind of assistance.
