Even with flash chromatography and deactivated silica gel the product decomposed
Deactivation of Silica
I wash the silica gel with
2* column volume of 5:1 Methanol and TEA
5* Column volume Methanol
and wash it with ET2O until PH Paper showed neutral
Any further suggestion will be appreciated
The silica could still be active. The silanol groups are still there. I didn't see which sort of reactive groups are on your compound, so the most we can do is provide general advice. Try alumina, or a bonded phase such as cyano or diol which is much less reactive.
I once had an epoxide to purify which decomposed on silica gel but it wa purified on cyano and diol using "normal-phase" solvents.

Thanks for the answer, I have tried aluminium trioxide Al2O3 but no luck and I had read the paper, will try to duplicate the work.

Also try a polymeric reverse phase (no silica involved), though you are limited to organic solvents with water.
