Hello there,

I am planning to analyze changes in vegetation for past 30 years in a forest using Landsat Imagery, as this forest consists of two different shots of Landsat; I have merged them in accordance to similar bands (e.g. B1 of both parts, B2 of both parts). I have followed these step to make a vegetation index map :

  • imagery > landsat > landsat import with options
  • opened both merged file (in this case "merged_2019_B4","merged_2019_B5" ) : https://i.stack.imgur.com/MPlfl.png
  • After calculating NDVI (slope based) the results looked like these: https://i.stack.imgur.com/SnsDt.jpg
  • As these images are in graduated colors, i want to visualize them in RGB composite but i am confused as to which options to use in "scaling" and "RGB Composite tab" (I'd be grateful if someone suggested me to which bands, grids on which tab) : https://i.stack.imgur.com/nd0EC.jpg

Additionally, is there any way to modify the histograms in SAGA GIS? Also, feel free to let me know if i am using the right techniques to calculate NDVI or i should add any more steps to it (e.g atmospheric correction, grid calculation etc.)
