Phytohormones, such as auxins and cytokinins are elicitors, which can be produced by bacterial strain and play a role in increasing plant growth (Spaepen, 2015; Zhang et al., 2015).
my question is that:
How can we increase the production of hormones, such as Indole Acetic acid IAA or phenyl acetic acid PAA by a bacterial strain? and then use this bacterium to inoculate seeds or spray it on the plant to supplemnt or may be replace chemical fertilizer to promote plant growth.
@ Mohammad, it has been found that spray on nanofertilizer like Zn, Fe, Mg and K with recommended doses may influence the enhanced different plant growth hormone release by bacteria such as Indolebutyric acid, Gibberellic acid, Abscisic acid, Salicylic acid, Indole acetic acid and N-acetyl Thiazolidine 4-carboxylic zcid.
Plant growth regulators (PGRs) are chemicals used to modify plant growth such as increasing branching, suppressing shoot growth, increasing return bloom, removing excess fruit, or altering fruit maturity. Numerous factors affect PGR performance including how well the chemical is absorbed by the plant, tree vigour and age, dose, timing, cultivar, and weather conditions before, during, and after application.
Plant growth regulators can be grouped into five classes: compounds related to auxins, gibberellins and inhibitors of gibberellin biosynthesis, cytokinins, abscisic acid and compounds affecting the ethylene status.
