I have a big problem that I couldn't find in LAMMPS manual. In these line :
velocity polymer create 2.0 4918459 mom yes rot yes dist uniform
velocity wall create 0.0 494259 mom yes rot yes dist uniform
I dont know the meaning of two numbers. (2.0 4918459) or (0.0 494259).
Can someone help me with that??

The LAMMPS manual will tell you that 'create' takes 2 arguments:
create args = temp seed
temp = temperature value (temperature units)
seed = random # seed (positive integer)
So in your case, you have fixed walls and the polymers have a (reduced?) temperature of 2.0.
The seed is what you feed into the random generator that assigns the velocities to the particles
reading my answer again, I should correct myself for making unwarranted assumptions. Your walls are not necessarily fixed, that depends on your integrator or other fixes. You initially assign a zero temperature to your walls. So they can still start moving due to external influences
