Actually, I am dealing with an issue that I can't get desirable results out of my curve-fitting problem. I used lsqcurvefit in the first place. Then, I added MultiStart to my code as well but my result didn't change. I don't know why MATLAB gives the unknown model coefficient (B in my problem) the same value as I entered for MATLAB. I have attached my code in the following along with the results. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me fix this problem and get better results:

I don't see why you used lsqcurvefit or MultiStart. You do not need either of those. You can fit your data with a gaussian model directly. See:

Your Data shows obviously that you should use either a Gaussian or Bell Curve form function, then Least Squares will do the job.
It is not possible to fit a function to another when inherently they do not follow each other form!
