I am working on a parasite (Trematode) induced granulomatous uveitis in children. I want to characterize the immune cell in the granulomas such as T lymphocytes, B Cells, Eosinophils , Macrophage and Neutrophils using IHC-P methods. For that I selected a marker such as anti CD3, anti CD4, anti CD20 , anti Eosinophils , anti CD68 and anti Neutrophil.

Can anyone suggest an appropriate marker for these cells either Abcam or, DAKO or, whichever is the best. Last month I got Abcam anti CD4 Marker(ab51312) but that did not work, now the company is offering me to go with alternative antibodies such as rabbit monoclonal ab133616 or mouse monoclonal ab846. I am a little worried to place a further order for the above mentioned antibodies due to lack of appropriate references.

Apart from these cells can anyone suggest some other cell which I have not considered yet for this study?
