You can used TLC/ HPTLC  Plates for  middle of isolate  and  remove the TLC  BAND  after that used centrifuge  sediment can be used for further analysis

You can probably use flash chromatography. Do you know which compound you wish to purify, or are you trying to determine which compound is active? The purification route would be a little bit different in each case.

If a known compound, just follow the purification procedure that you know.

The advantage of column screens is that they allow collection of fractions large enough to do biological screening, while still suggesting solvent systems and columns to purify the compounds. The use of "Wide Polarity Range" chromatography on each column allows evaluation of the compound polarity, and can be used to suggest other solvents based on polarity. Since the compound is unknown, a TLC plate can only suggest a solvent system that can resolve bands.

As for someone to do the purification for you, consider a local university- some of the research groups may be willing to work with you either as a collaboration, or for a price.

Hi, I agree with those above comments; I think if your have not a large amount of fractions ( ca. < 100/200 mg) you can do TLC preparative or HPLC preparative, but if it is possible,  I think HPLC prep. is nicer, but if you have more, you can do CC or flash chromatography. For selecting the optimum conditions of separations, you can use TLC for optimization. Maybe you can search in the TLC Camag data base, who knows someone has ever worked with the same plants, so you can apply their methods.
