What is a "preference platform"? Each preference is linked "logically" and "scientifically" to a "preference platform". Each preference platform establishes for a decision maker "why" a preference is held by a decision maker. E.g., preference only, preference relative to an ethical, moral, and/or conceptual framework that begins a process of "preference construction" that establishes (1) why a preference is held by a decision maker and (2) provides a justification for holding a preference at a time and (2.1) reasons for holding that same preference over time.
