Any ideas on how to validate the predictive relevance of PLS-SEM model (beyond the Stone-Geisser's Q2(squared) and q2 (squared) approaches) since the GoF in CB-SEM is not fully transferable to PLS-SEM?

There are no GOF indices for PLS-SEM based models. You report R2, Q2 and f2.
New versions of SmartPLS and ADANCO reports some model fit indices. However, given that they are in early stages, authors recommend to be cautious with interpretations.
Thanks Alejandro, I do agree with your submission. But the question whether there are other surrogates for determining predictive relevance apart from those mentioned for PLS-SEM.
As far as I know, Q2 is the only index to evaluate predictive relevance in PLS-SEM. Researchers report this value along R2 and f2.
