I would think you could include your quantitative findings, but had a look to see what I could find; I was wondering about you sticking to positivism/post positivism, but I hope you get further advice through ResearchGate on this. Are you receiving supervision for your study; I was wondering about the views of your supervisor? You could, perhaps, consult Dr John W Creswell via ResearchGate.
