Does anyone have any experience in using poly-l-lysine to coat flasks or petri dishes for human brain endothelial cells? We're trying to get images of the cells in 6-well plates using MitoTracker green but the background noise is too high. We thought we might try to use PLL as the coating for the cells' vessels to reduce the noise but I haven't been able to find any paper that mention the use of PLL for the type of cells. Any suggestion?
