Please what are the volume (ratios) of Diphenylcarbazide, Phosphoric acid and Cr VI solution to be combined for analysis using UV- Vis Spectroscopy?

Please look into purchase of BSI ISO EN 17075-2.

The base method is to extract CrVI from leather, but the detection method is using the named chemicals. There is another method for pre-aging of leather in order to promote formation of CrVI on storage or other aging processes which involves storing the leather sample under extract conditions of temperature and humidity. The 17075 method is very specific to leather, BUT the colorimetric determination can be readily adapted.
